Health & Safety

Our Beef

Our beef is USDA inspected and processed in a USDA-inspected facility. While we take great care in raising and preparing our products, we recommend cooking all meat to the appropriate internal temperature for your chosen cut.

For your safety, do not consume meat that has been left in the “danger zone” (between 40°F and 140°F) for more than 2 hours. Bacteria grow rapidly within this temperature range. Refrigerate or freeze meat promptly after purchase, and consume refrigerated raw beef within 3–5 days.

Our Milk

This product, sold for personal use and not for resale, is fresh whole milk that has NOT been pasteurized. Neither this farm nor the milk sold by this farm has been inspected by the State of Arkansas. The consumer assumes all liability for health issues that may result from consumption of this product.
