Warning: Our beef is USDA inspected and processed in a USDA-inspected facility. While we take great care in raising and preparing our products, we recommend cooking all meat to the appropriate internal temperature for your chosen cut.

For your safety, do not consume meat that has been left in the “danger zone” (between 40°F and 140°F) for more than 2 hours. Bacteria grow rapidly within this temperature range. Refrigerate or freeze meat promptly after purchase, and consume refrigerated raw beef within 3–5 days.

How we Price our Half & Whole Steers

Our beef is grass-fed and priced by the hanging weight—this includes processing, cutting, and wrapping. Hanging weight refers to the weight of the beef after initial harvesting, before final cutting and trimming once it has been hung.

Pricing:

Whole Steer – $7.95/lb

Half Steer – $7.95/lb

Deposit (due at time of order):

Whole Steer – $500

Half Steer – $300

Example Calculation:

Half Steer, Hanging Weight ~300 lb

$7.95/lb x 300 lb = $2,385

Upfront Deposit: $300

About our Milk

Our A2 raw milk comes straight from healthy, grass-fed cows raised on nutrient-rich pasture. No hormones, no antibiotics, and no shortcuts.

Because it’s unprocessed, it keeps all the natural enzymes, probiotics, and nutrients that help your body digest and absorb it easily.

Many people also find raw milk gentler on the stomach and more flavorful than store-bought milk!

We believe food should come from creation as God intended: whole, living, and nourishing from the ground up. Each bottle is a reflection of that care, produced in small batches and handled with integrity from pasture to your breakfast table.

Warning: This product, sold for personal use and not for resale, is fresh whole milk that has NOT been pasteurized. Neither this farm nor the milk sold by this farm has been inspected by the State of Arkansas. The consumer assumes all liability for health issues that may result from consumption of this product.
