At Live Healthy Farms, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our perishable and handmade goods, all sales are final on food items such as meat, eggs, bread, and tallow. We do not accept returns on these items. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

For non-perishable items like tinctures and teas, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We currently offer shipping on select items such as tinctures, teas, and non-perishable products within the United States. Perishable items like meat, eggs, sourdough bread, and tallow are available for local delivery or farm pickup only, due to their temperature-sensitive nature.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery is available within a specific radius of the farm — details provided at checkout. We also offer scheduled on-farm pickup for all products. You’ll receive pickup instructions after placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Delays & Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather-related events. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days at livehealthyfarms@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
